Terms of Service

Morexam provides an automated educational platform for English exam writing diagnostics covering 7 task formats across IELTS (Academic Task 1, General Training Task 1, Task 2), PTE Academic (Write Essay), and TOEFL iBT (Email, Academic Discussion).

The service delivers rubric-aligned sub-scores, criteria breakdowns, and sentence-level revision feedback. Morexam is a diagnostic practice tool and does not write or generate ghostwritten essays on behalf of users.

You must provide valid, accurate account registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities and essay submissions conducted through your account.

You must not share account credentials, attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure, or circumvent security rate limits.

Evaluation credits: Submission temporarily reserves 1 credit. A completed report consumes it, including reports with low or zero scores for off-topic or wrong-genre answers. Creating or saving a draft does not use credits.

Input-related failures: If the model returns a valid response that rejects an incompatible or unclear question, or a question with missing essential context, the evaluation consumes 1 credit even though no report is generated. This includes unreadable question visuals. Check the task type and provide complete, readable question material before submitting again. A new submission requires another credit.

System failures: Provider errors, unavailable stored images, request preparation errors, unavailable evaluation versions, model output that fails schema or report-contract validation, and final task timeouts release the reserved credit. It returns to its original credit period; the original expiry date does not change. Credit restoration is not a monetary refund.

Paid Products and Fulfilment: The only paid products are fixed 30-day and 90-day memberships. Each product includes the evaluation-credit quota shown at checkout. Its membership period begins only after payment is confirmed and the entitlement is successfully fulfilled.

Credit Deduction Order, Period Overlap, and Expiry: When you submit an evaluation, the system deducts available free registration credits first; once free credits are exhausted, it deducts available purchased membership credits from the active period that expires earliest (and from the earlier-granted period if expiration times are identical). Membership periods purchased through separate orders may overlap. Unused credits expire with their period and do not roll over, pause, move, or extend another period.

Prepaid and No Auto-Renewal: Memberships are billed once in advance and do not renew automatically or create recurring charges. A user must place and pay for a new order to obtain another membership period.

Price and Currency: The checkout displays the applicable product, credit quota, duration, currency, final price, and available payment options before purchase. Supported prices are set explicitly in CNY or USD; Morexam does not convert prices using a live exchange rate.

Refunds: Refund eligibility, request deadlines, processing, and cancellation are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A user-requested refund requires a timely email with a specific and reviewable reason, and no credits from that membership may be reserved or consumed when the administrator starts the refund.

You retain ownership of the writing drafts you submit to Morexam.

You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, abusive, or harmful materials, nor engage in prompt injection attacks or attempts to reverse engineer our proprietary evaluation rubrics.

Diagnostic evaluations are generated using automated models calibrated to official exam rubrics. While designed to provide structured analytical feedback, scores and comments are educational estimates only.

MOREXAM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC SCORE OR OUTCOME ON OFFICIAL EXAMS CONDUCTED BY IDP, THE BRITISH COUNCIL, PEARSON, ETS, OR ANY OTHER TESTING BODY.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse service infrastructure.

We may periodically update these Terms to reflect service improvements, legal requirements, or updated billing mechanisms. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
